Welcome to the Roundup 2020 Volunteer Schedule Site

Mineral Exploration Roundup 2020 will be held from January 20 – 23, 2020 at the Vancouver Convention Centre East with pre-conference activities on January 18-19. Volunteers must attend orientation on-site on January 17 from 4:00 PM -6:00 PM.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for AME. We are extremely proud of and grateful to our wonderful volunteers who help make Roundup a success year after year. This site will allow you to submit your contact information and select shifts based on your own availability.

Step 1: Click on 'Build Schedule' to start creating your scheduling and select 'Roundup Volunteer'.  

Step 2: Select your shifts. You need to complete minimum 12 hours plus the 2 hours Mandatory Orientation to be eligible for a complimentary Roundup 2020 registration.

***Please remember as you are creating your own schedule that you also create enough gaps in your schedule to allow for breaks. Volunteer shifts do not include breaks within the time slots***

Step 3: Login to your account and answer the questions. 

Step 4: Review your shifts and click 'Confirm'.
